Phenolic Flange Isolating Gaskets and Kits
Phenolic Flange Isolation Gasket Kits are designed to maintain the integrity and reliability of the pipeline and piping system by providing electrical isolation and cathodic protection. Flange Isolation Gasket Kits provide an effective seal, electrical isolation, and corrosion protection of flanges. By eliminating metal to metal contact, static current is halted to prevent corrosion and aid in the cathodic protection of the pipe.

Standard Phenolic
Available in Type E or Type F gasket only or as a standard kit with phenolic and steel washers with Mylar sleeve material.
For use up to 250°F
Nitrile Faced Phenolic
Available in Type E or Type F gasket only or as a kit. This gasket is comprised of a high-strength reinforced phenolic gasket compressed between 2 conformable Nitrile layers.
Kit includes phenolic and steel washers with Mylar sleeves.
Phenolic Gasket with Sealing Element
This durable gasket is available in Type E or Type F and features a custom profile sealing element available in Nitrile or Viton®. This highly advanced gasket installs easily and can be used with misaligned or mismatched flanges.
Available as gasket only or in kit with phenolic and steel washers with Mylar sleeves. High temperature and low absorption materials also available.
For use up to 250°F.
Sleeve & Double Washer Kits
Available separately in standard and custom sizes for up to 1-1/2″ bolts, each set includes steel and phenolic washers, along with Mylar sleeves.
Kits are for use up to 300°F.
High temperature sleeves and washers are also available.
