CERTIFIED MARINE EXHAUST HOSES
Corrugated, Hardwall, & Softwall
Marine exhaust systems are constantly subjected to extreme changes in temperature, especially in wet exhaust systems where water is used to cool the hot gases from the engine. Rubber or silicone exhaust hoses are recommended due to their strength, flexibility and durability. Rubber exhaust hose is an affordable hose that offers the ability to shrink and and stretch repeatedly. At H.S. White, we offer several types of certified wet exhaust hoses in a variety of diameters available by the reel or cut to length for your convenience.
Our softwall certified wet exhaust hose has a heavy-wall reinforcement with 2, 4, or 6 plies of synthetic cord. It is designed for engine water circulation, heat exchanger, heavy-duty discharge lines and straight marine wet exhaust connections. This softwall wet exhaust hose meets or exceeds USCG, ABYC, and SAE J2006 R1 Standards for wet exhaust service. It is recommended for short, straight connections.

Why Choose Marine Exhaust Hoses?
Marine exhaust hoses are essential parts of your boat’s exhaust system. They serve as adaptable connectors that move, distribute, and cool engine water. These hoses are easy to install and offer superior vibration dampening compared to hard pipes or tubes. The marine wet exhaust hose is especially effective as it combines seawater with the exhaust. By injecting seawater into the exhaust flow, it cools the exhaust significantly before it leaves the boat.
Key Features of Marine Exhaust Hoses
Sturdiness and Elasticity: Crafted to endure the demanding marine environment, these hoses are both durable and flexible, simplifying the installation process.
Heat Resistance: Our marine exhaust hoses are able to withstand high temperatures, and ensure the safe release of exhaust fumes.
Resistance to Corrosion: Made from materials like EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), rubber, and silicone, they are immune to corrosion from saltwater and other severe conditions.
