TYPES A1 & A2


Having the right type of marine fuel hose is paramount for getting the job done right.  The correct hose will make installation easier and will meet the requirements of USCG Type A fuel hose regulations.  Our Marine Grade Fuel Hose offers a tight bend radius without compromising fuel flow or collapsing. The low permeation tube and cover, constructed of synthetic black Nitrile and Nitrile rubbers, complies with EPA and CARB requirements.  We stock both A1 & A2 Fuel fill hoses in a variety of diameters.

SERIES 350/360 “Flex-Acol” Fuel Hose
These hoses offer excellent resistance to fire, heat, ozone and permeation by alcohol blended gasoline and diesel fuels.  USCG Marine Fuel Hoses are compounded to meet or exceed SAE-J1527 Type A, ISO/DIS 7840 and NMMA standards for fuel feed, fill and vent hoses.  These hoses are ideal for fuel feed lines for outboards, inboards and inboard/outboards using gasoline or diesel.  Sold by the foot.

Type A1 Marine fuel line hose is for fuel feed and vent applications on marine gasoline tanks.  This fuel line meets U.S. Coast Guard and International Marine Certification Institute requirements for Type A1 service. It has a spiral synthetic yarn reinforcement and  a synthetic inner rubber tube which provides for high oil resistance.

Marine fuel fill hose for marine gasoline tanks. Provides connection from a boat’s fuel fill port to its fuel tank.  Meets Requirements for Type A2 service. Spiral synthetic yarn reinforcement.  Synthetic inner rubber tube provides for high oil resistance.
